"Are the materials safe for cotton dolls/phone cases?"
- Cotton dolls: Made with soft, hypoallergenic plush fabric and PP cotton filling, safe for all ages (small parts like eyes may require adult supervision for kids under 3).
- Phone cases: Crafted from durable PC/TPU materials, scratch-resistant and compatible with most phone models (check product details for specific phone models).
- Badges/standees: High-quality metal/acrylic materials, printed with fade-resistant inks~
"When will my order ship?"
Orders are processed within 48 business hours after payment (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email~
"How long does shipping take?"
Most orders arrive within 10 business days via air freight. Delivery may take up to 14 business days in rare cases (e.g., customs clearance delays).
"What if my item is damaged during shipping?"
Oh no! If your package arrives damaged, please send us clear photos/videos of the item and packaging within 24 hours of receipt. We’ll directly reissue a new item for you—no need to return the damaged one~
"Can I return or exchange an item if I’m not satisfied?"
- Quality issues only: If the item has defects (e.g., printing errors, stitching problems), we offer free replacement or full refund (your choice)~
- Non-quality issues: Since our fan-made items are custom-designed, we can’t accept returns/exchanges for "dislike" or "change of mind." Thank you for understanding~
